Mario Kart DS review

This is Mario Kart DS, a game that really will blow your mind away. In Mario Kart DS, what you're gonna do in this game is obviously Racing. Of course, Mario Kart's 'racing' is always different than any other type of racing game. MKDS has items or powerups(eg Bannana peel) that you can use in the game that really makes it funner to play.

The powerups that you picked up from item boxes will be displayed on the top left corner of the screen. This makes it easy to see them. You can choose from a large variety of Nintendo characters like Mario, Luigi and even R.O.B! Each character has it's own speed, weight etc. You'll have to finish the single-player mode(which has 50 CC, 100 CC, 150 CC and a special mirror mode) to unlock all the special characters in the game.
You'll unlock more and more charcacters as you progress through the game.The single-player mode can get boring, so what do you do after this? Play the multiplayer mode of course! Mario Kart DS offers great multiplayer either in single-card or multi-card play modes. Not only that, Mario Kart DS also allows you to play the game online and compete with the whole world as long as you have a wireless connection running!

Overall, this game is a must-have for all the DS owners out there. I recommend it to everyone. Mario Kart DS gets a 9.5 out of 10.
